Applying for a School Place Hampshire County Council
Year R for September 2026
Applications for Year R September 2026 are to be made between 1 November 2025 and 15 January 2026 via the above link. We encourage Parents and Carers to attend one of our Open Days which offers the opportunity to meet with the Headteacher and members of staff, as well as to look around the school. Open Day dates may be found under the Calendar section of our website, alternatively, please contact the School Office.

In Year Applications
We occasionally have school places available in Years R, 1 or 2. If you feel Petersfield Infant School may be the right environment for your child, please do get in touch to ascertain availability for a place.
Applications can be made at any time for an in-year place using the same link above. Petersfield Infant School aims to notify you of your application outcome in writing within 10 school days but definitely within 15 school days.
